Due to the perishable nature of our products We have a 24 Hours change policy, which means The return or exchange is made within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a change, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We are currently delivering in NYC(5 Boroughs), Monsey, Tolland county, New Heaven county and Catskills in the summer time.

Once you've placed your order, it usually take a few hours to process it for delivery depending on where you expecting the package to be delivered.

Standard delivery time for the areas covered by our delivery staff are presented  below. 

  • Brooklyn: Same day delivery.
  • Manhattan/Bronx/Queens/Staten Island: 1-2 days.
  • Tolland county/New Heaven county: 1-2 weeks.
